What a beautiful team of special jewellers and sales people at JOTK! I am truly amazed. My gorgeous hubby brought me a 30th wedding anniversary pendant from these experts which was itself gorgeous, but what I really needed were earrings to match a pearl pendant I already had and loved. So I asked to return or swap and the team at JOTK were exactly as they promised - caring, gracious, not only happy to return but to help design something new and EXACTLY what I needed. The earrings have just arrived in the most gorgeous packaging I have ever had before, and they are just PERFECT. All here in my hand in Sydney after one day delivery from the Kimberley’s and together with a really special hand written note from my sweet lady, Ayesha. Thank you for all your time and patience with this process.

From the moment I set eyes on this pendant I fell in love! The exquisite design of the Marrul diamond pendant relating to nature had me captivated from the start. My story has a happy ending in that a few months later my husband surprised me with it as a retirement gift so my dream came true! It’s so refreshing to walk into a jewellery store and feel totally inspired so many of the designs. My pendant has had many complements.
