The Custom Design Journey
Our bespoke jewellery process is designed to be engaging, transparent, and tailored to your vision. Here's what you can expect:

Consultation: We begin with a personal consultation, either in our Perth studio or virtually, to discuss your ideas, preferences, and inspirations. This conversation helps us understand your style and the significance behind the piece you wish to create.

Design Development: Based on our discussion, our designers will craft detailed sketches or digital renderings of your piece. We'll present a selection of ethically sourced gemstones and precious metals for your consideration, ensuring every element aligns with your vision.

Approval and Production: Once the design is refined to your satisfaction, we'll provide a comprehensive quote. Upon your approval and a 50% deposit, our master jewellers will commence the creation of your bespoke piece. Throughout this phase, we'll keep you informed with updates, allowing you to witness the transformation from concept to reality.
Important Considerations

Timeline: Crafting custom jewellery is a meticulous process. Typically, completion takes between 6 to 12 weeks from the time of deposit. If you have a specific date in mind, please inform us early, and we'll strive to accommodate your schedule.

Client-Supplied Materials: We understand the sentimental value of personal gemstones or heirloom pieces. Our team can assess the suitability of incorporating such elements into your new design. Please note, while we handle all materials with utmost care, we cannot assume liability for any damage to client-supplied items during the creation process.

Exclusivity and Returns: Each custom piece is crafted specifically for you, reflecting your personal design choices. As such, once production begins, modifications are limited, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item deviates from the agreed-upon design or exhibits a manufacturing defect.
