We know you like to get your parcels fast! Within Australia, we deliver all our orders to you via Express Courier Service. We aim to have the order to you within 2 – 3 working days – this can be quicker if you live in a capital city, and longer if you live in a remote area.
Damage or loss in transit is rare, however if it happens we will take responsibility for it. Please call us to organise the return of damaged goods or to report that a parcel has not arrived within the above time frames.
International Postage – if you are a customer not living in Australia, we can deliver your products to you. You will pay the flat overseas freight charge to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty or sales tax within your own country.

When you purchase a diamond from Jewels of the Kimberley, you may receive a diamond grading report (also known as a diamond certificate). These diamond certificates are issued by an independent and highly reputable diamond grading laboratory, making them very expensive to replace. Because of this we require the diamond certificate to be returned if you are returning the product which houses the certified diamond.
