As part of our commitment to quality and customer service, Jewels of the Kimberley offers a range of complimentary jewellery services to our customers. These include:

✓ FREE lifetime clean and check on all jewellery purchased from Jewels of the Kimberley

✓ FREE lifetime re-stringing of South Sea pearl strands purchased from us

✓ FREE first rhodium plating of white gold items purchased from us

✓ FREE ring resizing within 90 days of purchase (up to 3 sizes)

We also offer free quotations for any custom work, so if you would like to discuss an item with us please get in touch. We are all highly trained customer care providers specialising in diamonds and pearls, and unlike other jewellers we pride ourselves on performing all makes, CAD drawings, castings, pearl and diamond setting in house, within our Broome workshop. This way, we know we can provide you with the best quality and service.

Enjoy an obligation free one-on-one consultation with our designers to create your dream piece. We use state of the art CAD design software to help visualise your design so you can be sure you’ll love it.


We pride ourselves in hand-crafting wedding and eternity rings that truly are a match to your Jewels of the Kimberley engagement ring. Some rings appear to fit but may cause unwanted wear to your existing ring. We ensure the design is a true complement and the rings are fitted together to perfection.


At Jewels of the Kimberley we are delighted to offer a 90 day free ring resizing service for up to three sizes (note any more than this may require remodelling so sizing above three sizes will be on a case by case basis. Any ring purchased from us that requires resizing can be either brought back into store or sent via post, using the returns process detailed here. We aim to complete all ring resize requests within 10 business days or sooner.


As an average, rhodium plating lasts approximately 12 months before showing signs of wearing away.  We offer your first rhodium plating complimentary on any white gold item purchased from us.

  1. Download our Repair Form and email a copy to Our customer care team will be in touch with further instructions and guides for safe sending practices. We will immediately notify you when we receive your parcel and after we make an assessment, you will be provided with a free estimate.
